"WHERE'S YOUR PASS, PARD!?" Something like that? I think that's the quote. I wasn't actually thinking of The Tower doing Southwest Robotics but, yeah, I see what you mean. Southwest Robotics will be coming up in this little thing I'm doing called Dream Tree.

"SHOW YOUR PASS, PARD!" ah yes the beginning of wizard and glass.^^
your southwest robotics picture reminds me more of andy, even though he did not wear a hat. i think its the mixture of the old west and robots that reminds me of the tower series. =]

I had totally forgotten about Andy. I can remember almost every twist and turn from the first four books, while the last three...I've only read once each. They don't stick as well. I felt like King rushed them and the series lost something after he was hit by that van.

i can see that. king did change his cadence after he was hit. i feel like a lot of long series seem hurried near the end though.

from the books that i have read of kings, i think the tower series is by far the best of his work. to me, it is so fitting that he wrote himself into it.

If I could draw like this in high school, I can guarantee you I'd have enjoyed high school more.

High school still sucked balls but the art thing did create some perks...like pretty girls giving you back rubs while you worked.:D
I would have rather been good at getting high marks...besides in art...and no back rubs.
